Made to order, just for you

Each VyralRemix item is printed to order and made especially for you. We work to manufacture as close to you as possible to keep shipping fast and waste low — though a few products are only produced in Asia. Either way, there's a short production window before your order ships.

Shipping & tracking

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking and further details. Delivery times vary depending on the product and your location. If you need an item by a specific date, email us first and we'll do our best to help.

Returns & exchanges

All items are made to order, so all sales are final. We don't accept returns or exchanges for reasons like changing your mind, ordering the wrong size, or general dissatisfaction with style or fit.

The one exception is a defective or damaged item. Please inspect your order on arrival and email us at store@vyralremix.com within 30 days with a description and photos if anything's wrong — we'll work with the manufacturer to get you a replacement at no cost.
