Refund policy

There is a general 30-day return policy, which means by policy you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund, return, or exchange.

All items are manufactured when ordered, and made especially for you.  As such, I do not generally accept returns unless the item is defective, in which case I will work with the manufacturer to rectify the issue.  However, you are a human making a purchase from another human - and a human that wants you to get the product you wanted and expected, so I will do what I can to help. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
If your item doesn't fit as expected, contact me and I'll arrange an exchange for a better size.  This will involve you sending me the item you bought, and I'll order another one for you to be sent directly from manufacturing.  If you're unsure of fit, do us both a favor and only order one or two items, not a whole bunch.  If you order a ton and want to return it all, I may not be able to help. (Remember, this is not a huge corporation, it is just me). 

Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 
You can always contact us for any return question at store@vyralremix.com. 

Refund Payments
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving your returned items. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at store@vyralremix.com.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
